Rob joined Maxfield Research as a Research Analyst in December of 2013. Since joining the firm, Rob has been involved in a wide variety of projects including Market Feasibility studies for market rate general occupancy rental, workforce LIHTC projects, single-family and townhome subdivisions, senior housing projects, and mixed-use developments.

Dan joined the Maxfield team in December 2016. While his tenure at Maxfield has been short, he has been actively involved in real estate valuation since 2002. In January 2017, Maxim joined Maxfield Research and Consulting as a Research Analyst. Prior to joining Maxfield, Maxim worked in the public sector as a Planner for Racine County Public Works in Southeastern Wisconsin.
