Andrew McIntyre

GENERAL BACKGROUND

Andrew joined Maxfield Research and Consulting in September 2018 as a research associate. His professional experience includes positions with city and county government in planning and economic development as well as in the private sector providing market research, demographic analysis and site selection. Andrew’s work in the public and private sectors enables him to the ability to work with public entities and developers.  He has worked in the Twin Cities as well as various markets around the country. This has helped him to stay informed of the latest trends in planning and real estate development.

Andrew is also interested and keeps informed of planning and development globally, a result of his education and study abroad experiences in South Africa and Western Europe.
