GENERAL BACKGROUND
Dan has been actively involved in real estate valuation since 2002.  His experience covers a variety of property types including:  apartments, residential subdivisions, condominiums, vacant land and senior housing.  Over the course of  his career, he has provided valuations in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Dan’s real estate valuations have been used for financial reporting and lending purposes for large institutional investors, as well as valuations of multifamily and retail properties for use in litigation proceedings.

Mr. Gatchell received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and currently a Candidate for the MAI Designation. He has successfully completed hundreds of hours of real estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and other national real estate associations.
