Our financial studies provide analysis of community demographics including population, household, and employment growth along with household tenure, income, wealth, and age distribution.  We review the potential or current site locations taking into consideration surrounding and adjacent land uses, neighborhood development, and traffic flows.  More importantly, we identify competitive facilities and compile an extensive review of their growth and market share along with data illustrating financial stability and deposit and loan growth potential.  In addition, by request, we will review and recommend competitive marketing techniques, and identify appropriate sites.
